Cooking with Shellfish

On Wednesday, January 29, 2014, spend the evening learning how to properly cook shellfish. Shellfish do not take long to cook, and are great for weeknight dinners once you understand how to prepare them. Recipes include:

-Dungeness Crab Cakes with Creme Fraiche
-Fried Oyster “Caesar” Salad
-Pasta with Mussels and Chorizo
-Prawns with Romesco Sauce.

Cost: $100, Hands-on class. Price includes all ingredients, equipment, a full meal and a wine tasting at lunch. Classes limited to 6 students.

Location: a private home in Oakland. You will receive a confirmation email with the address after registering for the class. Minimum of 3 students required to run the class.
