Join us to cook up a delicious winter California Wine Country menu. We are so lucky to live in the Bay Area, where we have access to amazing fruits and vegetables all year long, even in January. Come and learn a menu inspired by our own world-class wine country. Learn how to prepare: Dungeness Crab Salad with Avocado, Grapefruit and Crispy Wontons; Roasted Butternutsquash Soup with Creme Fraiche and Pomegranate; Savory Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding; and Poached Pears with Honey and Star Anise.

Cost: $100, Hands-on class. Price includes all ingredients, equipment, a full meal and a wine tasting at lunch. Classes limited to 6 students.

Location: a private home in Oakland. You will receive a confirmation email with the address after registering for the class. Minimum of 3 students required to run the class.
